This practice focuses on breath, intention, and slow, mindful motion to help energy move freely through the body. Expect movements that are accessible, grounding, and deeply calming. No prior experience is needed. This class is suitable for all bodies and all levels.
Each session will offer space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate a sense of ease and presence. You may leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and quietly energized.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. This is a practice of listening, not pushing.
