Enjoy a beautifully calm and welcoming morning retreat nestled in Buckinghamshire countryside alongside a host of farm animals for an optimistic therapeutic start to your day.
Join us for a healthy breakfast of your choice to begin your journey into your haven, a moment of peace and into a community of friendly, holistic health-minded people. You will be coached through a restful and centring Qi-Gong balancing exercise session; partake in a journalling session; meditate on a stroll through the Goat Centre (animal feeding optional!); and get a feel for the somatic movement system in a fun and carefree exercise flow(chakra/intuitive dance).
You will learn the benefits of the ancient practice of Qi Gong, ground yourself into your own tranquility and have space for your own reflection to set positive goals for your future. You will also get the chance to connect with like-minded souls and have a fun half-day of getting to know yourself and others.
Kim and Charis guide you through a unique experience that unify their individual trainings and blend the practical with the mystical in a creative, highly beneficial mindfulness mini-retreat.
