Come Join us for a Qi Gong Meditation where we will go over a brief Bio, movement explanation, the actual practice of movements, cool down and q&a time. This style of Meditation will be a "standing moving" meditation, Comfortable Regular attire is welcome, yoga mat optional.
Then Afterwards will be an Introduction to Qi Gong where we will be Demonstrating the practical application of Knowledge for the Betterment of All.
