Qi Gong is a calming movement practice that promotes balance, strength, radiance, and healing. These sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone – no equipment needed, and movements can be done standing.
Set against the serene backdrop of the wetlands, this is a unique opportunity to experience the restorative power of Qi Gong while surrounded by dragonflies, birdsong, and the beauty of nature.
No equipment needed, but you can bring a yoga mat if you'd like to try ground movements. Bring a drink to stay hydrated. Please dress for the weather and bring something warm to slip on, as Qi Gong can be a very cooling experience.
