Come join us for a 5 class series Of rejuvenation and inner peace building that will open your mind and stretch your body! Qi Gong will improve your sense of inner peace, and is a gentle but profound movement practice that has been around for thousands of years. Join us at Practice Yoga Coop as we prepare for the spring season with this wonderful series.
Our Qi Gong Fundamentals series happening every Saturday in March and is taught by Sid Shigematsu, our resident Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher. With this program you get two classes for the price of one, and gain access to Sid's regular Saturday Tai Chi class at the same studio from 4PM-5PM. Students in the Qi Gong fundamentals program are invited to stay for the second class if they'd like, to deepen their practice and flow in community.

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our classes cater to all levels. This is a perfect opportunity to learn the basics and deepen your practice of this ancient martial art. Immerse yourself in the graceful movements and meditative flow of Tai Chi in a welcoming and supportive environment. TICKET DETAILS PLEASE READ

This is a 5 week program happening every Saturday in March from 2:30-3:30; this event is recurring and the in person ticket covers the entire 5 week program. Students have the option to attend in person or online, depending on which ticket package is purchased. Please note that the digital version of the class will be published the following morning (Sunday) on the teacher's Ko-fi page , and once purchased, will be accessible in perpetuity. The link will be sent out with a welcome email before the event.

ACCESSABILITY INFO: This class is apropriate for folks with disabilities and mobility issues, however please note there is one step up into the studio. This is a mask required and Covid conscious class. The studio is equipped with with 2 ceiling fans and 2 air filtration units. The teacher provides high filtration N95 masks if you don't have your own and enforces mask policy. Street parking is available but limited so please make time to park if you plan on driving.
