The GWG Event Process
ATTEND:
Our events last just one hour—simple and impactful. Come with a positive attitude and a blank check for $100 (or give online through our secure portal). You’ll meet great people and help support a deserving Kalamazoo County nonprofit.
NOMINATE (Optional):
Want to spotlight a local organization? Members can nominate a 501(c)(3) serving Kalamazoo County. Three names will be drawn, and if yours is selected, you’ll have up to 5 minutes to share why your nominee deserves support—no slides, no pressure, just passion.
VOTE:
After hearing all three presenters, members will vote to select one nonprofit to receive the full quarterly donation.
GIVE:
Everyone contributes $100 directly to the chosen nonprofit—by check or through the GWG giving portal (tax receipts provided). Checks are collected at the end of the meeting.
OBSERVE IMPACT:
When inspired men come together for just one hour, our collective giving creates real, immediate, and lasting impact in our community.
