Q-MoB NEW Queer Men's Coffee Klatch @ Wander Berkshire (Pittsfield, MA)

Wander Berkshire is a queer-owned coffe house and community-building space that has been at the center of some of the most important innovations in the Berkshire queer community. Join us we get to know the movers & shakers in the region's queer community and promote intergenerational collaboration.

Join us afterwards for Queer Men’s Walking Group tour of historic downtown Pittsfield, 12-1pm to get some easy exercise and learn about one of the region's oldest towns in the region and its continuing adaptation to boom & bust.

DIRECTIOS & PARKING: To find Wander Berkshire go into the alley that is off Depot St between McKay & North St. There is free parking at Tito's Mexican or in the city parking lot at the corner of Depot St & McKay St.

OR : Please donate $10-$20 either or as cash or check made out to "BSCC" to help assure Q-MoB can continue to offer more than 20 activities & multiple resources & services to rural queer men all over the region. If you attend 2 or more Q-MoB events/month or just want to support us in a more regular way, please become a monthly sustaining donor member. By donating $25, $50, $75, or $100/month you can help to sustain the incredible variety of activities, services, and resources Q-MoB provides and assure all of these activities are accessible to men regardless of their age, income, or ability, and best of all you can avoid having to donate at each and every event you attend. Monthly Sustaining Members pay only once a month and then can attend all our activities with no further donation.

SEEKING INTERGENERATIONAL CO-HOSTS: Q-MoB is looking for several intergenerational co-hosts for the monthly Queer Men's Coffee Klatch at Wander Berkshire. Hosts get to know everybody, welcome people, invite them to wear a nametag, have people fill out the attendance form, facilitate an opening circle where everyone is encouraged to briefly introduce themselves, welcome newcomers & make sure they get included, make announcements about upcoming Q-MoB activities, & encouage participants to host activities in Northwest CT like hikes, potlucks, game nights, arts/culture activities, etc., & make sure the community table is cleaned up at the end. CARPOOLING/RIDE-SHARE: If you need a ride or are open to carpooling, please indicate that when you are registering, & our ride coordinator will try to match you with people nearby who are interested in carpooling or offering rides.
