Behind the Uniform: Justin served proudly as a Coldstream Guard - standing tall on parade and serving on deployment. When the duties ended a different battle began. Living with PTSD, the struggles he faced and how Justin found ways to cope and move forward.
His aim is simple: to break stigma, raise awareness and show that recovery is possible.
Join in this Wednesday morning in our Q&A with Justin at 11am, after a walk and a talk around the Lockleaze Sports Centre with fellow members and a complimentary cuppa at 10am.
