Welcome everyone,
Whether you’ve been living in South Moravia for 10 days or 10 years, living abroad is a trip. Literally and figuratively.
Join us for a guided 10 km trail walk through the Pálava hills designed to experience a great day outdoors, good conversations, fun, and a few interactive activities along the way.
What is this?
Think of this as a guided hike with a twist. It’s not a dry historical tour, and it’s definitely not a therapy session or a self-help seminar! It’s a fun experience where we use movement in nature, a small group, and interactive activities to get to know the landscape, meet new people, and share what life abroad is really like but without the usual small talk.
We’ve structured the route with a few surprises along the way, so you’ll just have to show up to see what we have planned!
Who are we?
We are Fernando and Daniellka👋 We both come from a background in tourism and hospitality. We are not therapists or mentors - we are experience creators. We are big believers in creating custom, out-of-the-ordinary experiences. We've joined forces to bring something fresh, fun, and a little different to the local Brno community.
Who is this for?
Everyone is welcome, but expats will get the most out of it. It doesn't matter if you arrived last week or a decade ago - if you've ever had to figure out life in a new country, you’ll fit right in.
Please note: The trail activities and group dynamics are designed specifically for adults
Important Details:
Price: FREE. This is our very first trial session! While it’s free, the experience is thoughtfully planned out and space is limited to keep the group dynamic right. Please only register if you are sure you can make it.
Schedule: We’ll meet in the morning to start our day at 8:00 AM, and we expect to be back in Brno around 17:00-18:00, depending on the overall pace of the group. Exact meeting point and transit details will be sent to registered participants.
What to bring:
- Openness and curiosity
- Water, lunch, and snacks for yourself
- 200 CZK to cover public transport and a site entrance fee.
- Good walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothes
Weather Note: This is an outdoor event! In case of bad weather, the trip will be postponed to a backup date.
