Please join us for a trail run/hike at Umstead State Park on Sunday Nov 17th at 10:30am. Meet at the entrance off US-70, 8801 Glenwood Ave.
Pass the visitor center then go allll the way straight back until you reach the last parking area.
RUN or HIKE, all levels.
