Info: This 45-minute Signature Strength & Sculpt class blends low-impact functional strength training with intentional movement for a workout that’s as smart as it is effective. Expect to build strength, stability, and mobility while activating deep, often-overlooked muscles.

We’ll start with grounding and activation, then flow through dynamic sculpting sequences designed to challenge your body in all planes of motion. You’ll leave feeling strong, connected, and energized — not depleted.
