Healing Our Hearts - A Guided Shamanic Journey Workshop

Your heart has witnessed so much.It may still carry grief from loss, the ache of heartbreak, or the weight of betrayal, abandonment, or emotional neglect.It might hold shame, or the pain of unmet needs.Or maybe it’s just tired from giving so much and receiving so little in return.

This workshop is for those who are ready to release past hurts and long to soften their armor and reconnect with their heart’s truth.

With the steady beat of the drum, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where spiritual insight and emotional release become possible. In this held and intentional space, you’ll have the opportunity to clear energetic blockages and access the love, peace, and wholeness that already lives within you.

• Smudging + Opening Sacred Space
• Intention Setting and Journaling
• Gentle heart-opening ritual with rose petals
• Guided shamanic journey with live drumming
• Integration + sharing circle to ground your experience
• Optional oracle card pull for insight

• Yoga mat or blanket
• Journal + pen
• Eye mask or scarf (optional)
• A small object for the altar (crystal, flower, photo) that represents the shift you're trying to make. You get to take back your item at the end of our ceremony.
• Water + anything you need to feel comfy

All are welcome—no prior experience with shamanic journeying is needed. Just bring your heart, as it is. 💗
