Putt Putt Palooza Registration Deadline

Each team must complete 8 games each in a different week in order to be
eligible for prizes. The weeks will run Sunday from 11am to Saturday at 10 pm
with the schedule attached. You may play your game at any point during this
time period. The game for the last week must be played by closing on October
1st to allow enough time for score calculations before the party. Scores will
typically be updated on Monday after the week has concluded, however, please
be patient in case of delays. There is one bi week (where teams will not submit a
score) in case of any conflicts. If your team has more than one conflict, please
reach out to Bri in advance to make arrangements. Prior arrangements will not
count against you, and you will still be eligible for prizes.
While you report your own scores for this tournament, cheating of any kind
(multiple attempts on a hole, inaccurate score reporting, etc) will not be
tolerated. The course is under surveillance and staff will be monitoring this
closely. If any cheating is discovered, that team will automatically be disqualified
and they will not be refunded.
There will be different scorecards for the gold tournament in order to maintain
accurate score keeping. When you arrive, please let staff know you will be
playing your tournament game. They will provide you with the correct scorecard.
Scores on the incorrect scorecard will not be accepted. If you are playing for fun
or practice and this is not your score for submission, please ensure that you let
staff know and you will be given the standard score card.
This is a family establishment and people of all ages are welcome to play!
Prizes: 1st- $75, 2nd - $50, 3rd -$25. There will be other superlative awards!
