Put Your Business on Autopilot With AI Workflows
About this Event
Too much of your day is spent on repetitive tasks? Learn how to connect your tools and streamline the work that keeps your business running.
As a business grows, so do the small tasks that take up time: responding to enquiries, following up leads, managing bookings, sending invoices, and updating customers. Individually they may seem manageable, but together they can create delays, extra admin, and unnecessary errors.
This practical workshop starts with your actual business processes, helping you identify repetitive work, simplify the steps, and design AI-supported workflows that can handle routine tasks more efficiently.
You will explore how commonly used tools can work together, where automation makes sense, and where human review should remain part of the process.
Who this is for
This workshop is designed for:
- Small business owners and operators
- Operations and administration teams
- Service businesses managing bookings and enquiries
- Anyone spending too much time on repetitive manual work

What we will do together
- Find the repetitive work: Identify tasks that happen frequently and follow a predictable process.
- Map your workflow: Break a task into its key steps, tools, inputs, and handover points.
- Connect your tools: Explore how email, forms, calendars, CRMs, invoicing systems, and other platforms can work together.
- Build an automated workflow: Create and test one practical workflow for a task such as lead follow-up, booking updates, customer communications, or administration.
- Add the right checks: Consider where human review, approval, or exception handling is needed.
- Plan for scale: Identify other processes that could be improved using the same workflow approach.
