Confidence starts from within and this 4-week workshop series is designed to help teens discover their voice, challenge self-doubt, and boldly step into who they’re becoming. Pursuing Boldness offers a supportive, interactive space where teens will build confidence, resilience, and self-worth through engaging discussions and hands-on activities.Each week will explore themes such as:
• What confidence really means
• How to reframe negative self-talk
• Managing comparison and body image struggles
• Putting confidence into action in everyday life
Whether your teen is quiet and reserved or outgoing but self-critical, this group will meet them where they are and help them grow.
Spots are limited to maintain an intimate and impactful group setting.
Meeting on every Tuesdays at 4:30 pm starting March 24th - April 14th
