Presence Over Purrfection: A SuPURR Approach to Wellbeing
What if some of our best teachers of wellbeing have been showing us how to do it all along?
In this playful, thought-provoking featured session, PurrCon founder and media personality KJ McGlinn explores what cats can teach us about safety, connection, presence and rest through her SuPURR Framework. It’s a different way to think about wellbeing, not as becoming better at pushing through, but as recognizing what allows us to feel safe, connected and fully present in the first place.
🌿 What is Wellbeing Fest?
Indy Holistic Hub’s Wellbeing Fest is a full day focused on whole-person wellness, community and connection. Explore holistic health and wellness vendors, educational talks, experiential activities, creative arts, food, family-friendly experiences and resources supporting mind, body and spirit.
General admission is FREE. Want to level up the day? A limited Wellbeing VIP Experience includes early entry at 10 AM, an exclusive VIP event with featured speaker Paula Rene, VIP-only grand prize entries, a wellness swag bag and access to the VIP Wellness Room with snacks.
