Calling all cat-loving yoginis! You are invited to the gift of Purr Yoga in honor of Father's Day! This cat-on-mat event invites 11 lucky humans to treat themselves to a 60-minute vinyasa flow at The Dancing Cat! Set your intention and practice focusing your attention amidst our adorable adoptable kitties. After final OMs are offered to the divine abiding of all sentient beings, you are invited to enjoy chill time with the resident cats.chill time with the resident cats.
Your admission of $35 goes entirely to the benefit The Dancing Cat, San Jose's unique cat adoption lounge. All levels are welcome! Please bring your yoga mat.
About Susan Love:
Susan Love (500RYT) likes to teach classes that are challenging, yet accessible to all levels of practitioners. Her favorite style to teach is a dynamic vinyasa flow that incorporates strength, balance, and of course the breath. She aims to create a space that focuses on fundamentals while also allowing students to explore and take their practice to a deeper level. Susan has completed the 500 hour training through YogaSource Los Gatos and has also studied with Paul Grilley, Jill Miller, Maty Ezraty, and Bryan Kest. She taught at YogaSource Los Gatos from 2006-2020 and loves being involved with The Dancing Cat!
Susan's day job is at Hope Services in San Jose, and when not at work or doing yoga she can be found hanging out with her husband and their very spoiled cat Olivia.
