- 20 minutes warm-up (conducted as dynamic stretching and games)

- 30 minutes main workout - full-body circuit training (plate thrusters, arm walking, mountain climbers, shuttle runs, Russian twists with kettlebell, hand-release push-ups)

- 5 minutes lower body exercise (short and intense routine when time is limited)

- Cool down exercises,ends with group yoga stretching after the Hyrox.

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration period ends on 07 November 2024 on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, all successful participants must settle the tuition fee on or before 08 November at any PURE reception.
3. The event is applicable to PURE Cardholders and guests.
4. The event participants must be Hong Kong residents and 18 years of age or older.
5. Registration is non-refundable or transferable.
6. Any dispute connected in any way with this event will be resolved by PURE at its absolute discretion.
