🌿A sound healing session is somewhat like a meditation through sound, everyone experiences it differently. It involves lying down (you may sit if you wish) in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing your eyes, and focusing on the sound & vibrations that surround you. Sound bath healing is a gentle way to support your body, clear blockages, restore harmony & bring more clarity.
🌿Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and for some access to inner visionary experiences.
🌿A sound bath session is a therapeutic soundscape & uses a wide array of instruments including crystal bowls, voice, drums, gongs and more!🎶🎵🎶
🌿The general intention of a sound bath meditation is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants energy fields. Relax into the vibrations and take a refreshing and insightful vacation from the busy-ness of life's challenges. Experience gratitude and grace, explore the colorful inner landscape of your imagination. Renew and rejuvenate your body-mind-spirit.
🌿While lying on the floor is recommended to fully relax, you may also wish to sit on a chair (whatever is most comfortable for you/please advise when booking).
🌿What to bring - cushions/pillow, blanket (sleeping bag) & something like a yoga/camp mat/outdoor sun-bed cushion or similar to lay on.
Pretty much whatever you need to be snug as a bug! The more comfortable you are the easier it will be to relax. You may wish to bring a cushion/pillow or a
Bolster to pop under your knees for lower back support.
Also remember to have your water bottle on hand to hydrate afterwards🌿💧🌿
