Pure Meditation Evenings are offered every Sunday at 7:15pm at Lovelight Collective in Old Town, Lansing. All are warmly welcome to join for these meditation/contemplation times.
We begin the evening with gentle, self-guided movement before finding a comfortable seat (meditation stools, folding chairs, blankets & props provided). We then listen to a recorded Inspiring Talk or sing/listen to spiritual songs/chants to help us go into our meditation or contemplation time. This is followed by silent, candle-lit meditation. ‘Winged Prayer’ is spoken out loud at ~8:30pm, offering a prayer of peace & healing for all of life. A truly loving way to step into the week ahead.
All forms of silent meditation are welcome at Pure Meditation Evenings. If you don't practice any form of meditation, that's okay, too! Everyone is welcome to come and imbibe in the peace and quiet during these special times.
Pure Meditation Evenings are always free of charge. Donations can accepted.
These gatherings are not instructional or guided. They are a time set aside for like-minded souls to gather and imbibe with others in a space of peace and love.
If you would like to learn a technique to practice at Pure Meditation Evenings or in your daily life, please consider taking the ‘Pure Meditative Peace Course’. In the PMP Course, you are taught a technique for finding a meditative state, which can be learned in about an hour. Once learned, Pure Meditative Peace can be practiced any time, day or night that you wish to use it. It is an excellent technique for reducing stress and cultivating mindfulness, ease, and concentration. This course is for anyone who wishes to experience more peace in their life.
