Pure Barre Pop Up at the Corners

Can't wait for summer until our next pop up?! You're in luck! Pure Barre Elm Grove will be hosting a FREE class at the Corners of Brookfield (indoors) on Saturday, March 28th at 9am featuring our Align format. Bring your water bottle, a mat, and a friend!

Pure Barre is a low impact, full body strength based work out. Expect high intenisty with small movements and some shaking! It's a burn you will love that strenghtens every major muscle group. The Align class also features balance and mobility work with additional stretching. If you are new to our studio, we would love to meet you at the pop up!

LOGISTICS:

New to our studio? If so, please sign our waiver prior to arrival. Come a few minutes early to sign in and find a spot. We recommend wearing sticky socks, leggings, and a comfy workout top. Remember to bring your own mat and a water bottle!
