Join us in front of the big screen in the Blocher Community Room for a virtual cooking experience! Purdue Extension HHS Educators will guide us through simple, budget-friendly, and delicious meals. Each session includes a guest speaker demonstrating hands-on cooking and explaining practical skills you can use at home.This week’s demonstration will feature a hearty Fiesta Lentil Tacos. Lentil tacos are one of those magical meals that prove healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated - or boring. Packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and essential minerals, lentils help keep blood sugar steady and energy levels strong.
