Featuring our annual dog costume contest, raffle, lawn games, library craft and books for kids, photo opps, and a hotdog lunch courtesy of the Lions Club. Non-food vendors are welcome! Sponsored by the Colusa County Sheriff's Office, Animal Control. Bring your family and well-behaved dogs!
