Discover a unique blend of wellness and companionship with Pups & Kits Yoga by Pawsitive Stretch, where you can experience rejuvenating yoga classes accompanied by adorable, adoptable rescue puppies or kittens! Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness while providing a delightful atmosphere enriched by furry baby companions. Join us to cultivate your practice, enhance your well-being, and enjoy the playful presence of our adorable puppies and kittens in a serene environment.
You will be surrounded by either puppies or kittens for this class, depending on shelter availability at the time of the event. One thing we do know is that they will all be adoptable and adorable ❤️
Classes consist of 45 minutes of yoga, led by a certified instructor, with the little ones playing and climbing all over you. After the class, you'll have 15 minutes of play time to give them your undivided attention, and maybe meet your next furry family member!
