Pups & Pumps Charity is excited to announce our First Annual Community BBQ, and we would love for you, your family, friends, and of course your pups to join us!

Join us for a fun-filled day of food, fellowship, community connection, and celebration as we come together to support survivors and raise awareness for an important cause.
At Pups & Pumps Charity, our mission goes beyond rescuing dogs—we help transform lives. We raise resources to rescue deserving dogs from local shelters, provide them with specialized training, and place them with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault at no cost to the recipient.
Many survivors face significant emotional challenges long after escaping abuse, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, isolation, and difficulties rebuilding trust and confidence. Through the companionship, loyalty, and support of a highly trained dog, survivors gain more than a pet—they gain a partner in healing, a source of comfort, and a constant reminder that they are not alone.
We believe that every survivor deserves the opportunity to move forward with hope, strength, safety, and renewed self-worth. By pairing trained companion dogs with survivors, we help individuals take meaningful steps toward reclaiming their independence and building brighter futures beyond the shadows of trauma.

We encourage everyone to bring their well-behaved, leashed pups along for the fun! This is a wonderful opportunity for both people and pets to enjoy a day outdoors while supporting a cause that creates lasting impact in our community.
Whether you're a longtime supporter or just hearing about us for the first time, this event is the perfect opportunity to learn how rescued dogs and resilient survivors come together to create powerful stories of healing, companionship, and hope.
There will be signs posted throughout the park to help with parking and directions to the pavilion.
