🐾 Paws & Positivity: Puppy Yoga for a Cause!
Looking for the ultimate way to de-stress and give back? Join us for an unforgettable hour of movement, laughter, and—most importantly—puppies!
We are teaming up with Journey Home Rescue Alliance to bring you a yoga experience that’s less about "perfect form" and more about "perfect fur." Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, our adoptable puppy guests will be there to help you find your flow (or just distract you with kisses).

What to Expect
45 Minutes of Gentle Yoga: A beginner-friendly flow suitable for all levels.
Puppy Playtime: A dedicated "cuddle cooldown" after class to get your fill of puppy breath and photos.
Adoptable Guests: All puppies on-site are currently looking for their forever families! You might just meet your new best friend.
Giving Back: Your ticket helps cover medical costs, transport, and food for rescues at Journey Home.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat you don't mind getting a little "love" on (puppies will be puppies!) or borrow one of ours in the studio.
- A water bottle.
- Your camera for the inevitable cuteness overload.
