Puppy Yoga Knoxville Benefitting a Local Rescue

Puppy yoga, Knoxville style — and every ticket helps rescue puppies find homes.
Join Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs and Breezeway Yoga Studio on Saturday, October 10 for an hour of gentle, all-levels yoga surrounded by adoptable puppies from a local rescue partner. Flow, stretch, get climbed on, and take as many puppy breaks as you need. Nobody minds.
The puppies are the point. Every puppy in the room is a rescue and is looking for a home. Our rescue partner brings the puppies, their pen and their volunteers, so you can meet, cuddle and start an adoption conversation on the spot.
Where the money goes. This class benefits the participating local rescue, and the net proceeds go straight to that rescue, scaled to seats sold. The more of you who show up, the bigger the check.
THE DAY
• Saturday, October 10, 2026
• Class 12:30–1:30 PM · doors open 12:15 for check-in and puppy time

• Taught by Mary June Thompson, E-RYT, owner of Breezeway Yoga Studio
• All levels welcome, including complete beginners
• Wear something you don't mind a puppy paw on
GOOD TO KNOW
• Tickets are limited to keep the puppy-to-person ratio happy. When it's sold out, it's sold out.
• Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable — send a friend in your place.
• The puppies are real puppies: expect a little chaos, a little noise and a lot of joy. The rescue's volunteers handle everything the puppies do.
• Please skip strong fragrances the day of — the studio has members with animal allergies and we clean thoroughly afterward.
