Puppy Yoga

Unroll your mat for an evening of gentle movement, joyful connection, and adoptable puppy snuggles—all in support of the animals at Atlanta Humane Society. Trusted instructor, Sarah Dobson, will lead this one-hour session; offering a relaxing flow, playful interruptions by our furry friends, and plenty of opportunities for cuddles. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is an event you won't want to miss!

Please note:

• Participants must be ages 18 and older.

• A waiver will be required upon check-in.

• Don’t forget to bring your own mat (BYOM).
• All red or black yoga outfits encouraged but not required.
