I’m hosting Puppy Yoga at Broken Leash Dog Park and Bar and it’s exactly what it sounds like: yoga + adoptable puppies + pure serotonin.

Local rescues will be bringing adoptable puppies who will be roaming freely while we practice. They may crawl on your mat. They may sit on your back. They may choose you. That’s part of it.

This is an all-levels class. The movement will be steady and accessible, with plenty of room for laughter, pauses, and puppy interruptions. We’re not here for perfection. We’re here for presence, play, and maybe falling in love with a four-legged soulmate.

Even if you are maxed out with dogs at home, come anyway. We'll be accepting donations and these babies need all the socialization they can get! And maybe bring the friend whose life could be changed by an adorable papaw who just needs a family.
