Puppy Yoga Benefitting Altruistic Dog Rescue

Spend a Sunday afternoon on the mat with a room full of adoptable rescue puppies. Puppy Yoga at Inner Diva Studios is a gentle, all-levels class — beginners welcome, mats provided — with puppies free to wander, nap, and climb into laps for the whole hour. Net proceeds go to Altruistic Dog Rescue, the rescue that hosted our very first Austin class. Every puppy in the room is adoptable, and you might just meet your new best friend. We work with rescues only, never breeders — that's the standard. 18+.
