Come flow with a pack of adoptable puppies at Lighthouse Community Yoga! Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs is bringing our signature puppy yoga class to Portland as part of our National Dog Day weekend celebration — one hour of gentle, all-levels yoga with real, adoptable puppies weaving through your mat.

🐾 Mats provided — just bring your best downward dog
Every ticket helps fund our mission: net proceeds from this class go directly to a local Portland-area rescue partner (details coming soon!), supporting their adoptable puppies. Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs is the ethical standard for puppy events — rescue-only, never breeders.
No refunds, but tickets are transferable — email us if you can't make it and want to pass your spot along. Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
