Puppy Yoga & Sound Bath in Manchester
Paw Yoga is launching its first puppy yoga and sound bath experience this July, bringing together Cocker Spaniel puppy yoga and a restorative sound bath in one unique wellbeing event.
Taking place on Sunday 26th July, the sessions will run at 11am and 12pm, combining a 60-minute puppy yoga class alongside Show Cocker Spaniel puppies with a separate 45-minute sound bath.
Guests will begin with puppy yoga, enjoying gentle movement alongside the puppies before moving to the rooftop auditorium for the sound bath, which uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments to encourage deep relaxation.
Sound baths have become increasingly popular for their potential to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and mental clarity, encourage mindfulness, and promote better rest and relaxation. Together, the two sessions are designed to help guests slow down, switch off, and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more pawsitive.
Tickets must be bought in advance. Book your tickets for this pawsome experience at www.pawyoga.com
FAQs
Ensuring the well-being of the puppies is an utmost priority at Paw Yoga. For the welfare of the dogs, the puppies do not attend the sound bath portion of the session, as the instruments used can be loud and are not suitable for dogs’ sensitive hearing. All puppies attending the yoga sessions will be eight-week-old vaccinated Show Cocker Spaniels from a single litter. Paw Yoga never mixes puppies from different households, and all litters come from licensed breeders to ensure the highest standards of welfare and care. Throughout the sessions the puppies are provided with sustenance water and their own comfortable resting space such as a bed or blanket if they choose to nap.
