Looking for fun things to do in Springfield MO this April? 🐾
Join us for Puppy Pilates, a one of a kind fitness event hosted by Springfield Dance Alliance in partnership with Rescue One. This is more than just a workout. It is a chance to move your body, support a local nonprofit, and spend time with some very lovable, adoptable dogs.

Led by Haley Bradstreet, this beginner friendly Pilates class is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or just looking for a fun way to stay active in Springfield, you will feel right at home.
🐶 What makes this event special
Throughout the class, you will be joined by adoptable puppies from Rescue One. It is a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can get a great workout while also connecting with dogs in need of homes.
💛 Give back while you show up
Bring dog or cat food to donate and you will be entered into a giveaway to win a free t shirt. Every donation helps support local rescue efforts right here in the Springfield community.
