Get ready for a feel-good Pilates experience with an extra dose of puppy love! Join us for a special Puppy Mat Pilates Charity Class at FLX Move Pilates in Glenview, where you’ll move, stretch and strengthen alongside adorable puppies while supporting Border Tails Rescue.

This donation-based class is open to all fitness levels and is designed to be fun, welcoming and meaningful. Every stretch and donation helps give rescued dogs a second chance by supporting medical care, shelter, foster care and loving forever homes.
