Meet Cubby and learn about the important work of the Puppy Jake Foundation! Maggie Donovan from Puppy Jake Foundation will share how service dogs are raised and trained to support veterans, along with stories from her nearly nine years working with the organization.
Attendees will also meet Cubby, a friendly yellow lab with a special journey of his own. Although Cubby completed most of his service dog training, his love of meeting people made him a better fit as an emotional support animal and ambassador for Puppy Jake Foundation. Today, he enjoys the “good-boy life” while helping educate the community about service dogs and veteran support programs.
This program is geared towards adults, but all ages are welcome; registration is appreciated, but not required.
