Join us for the most serotonin-filled morning you didn’t know you needed.

This isn’t just a workout - it’s a feel-good experience. Think mindful movement, puppy cuddles, and a room full of incredible women starting their day the best way possible.

We’re bringing together an energizing Pilates class (with coach Mandy of course) and the sweetest little four-legged guests for a morning designed to leave you glowing (and slightly obsessed with at least one puppy).
