🐾 What to Expect 🐾
Get ready for a Pilates class like no other! For 45 minutes, you’ll strengthen and stretch while Labrador retriever puppies scamper around, making every pose a little more fun.
This low-impact session is designed for all fitness levels, with a focus on core strength, posture, and toning through gentle, controlled movements. You’ll be guided step by step so you can feel confident and comfortable throughout.
And of course, we’ll wrap things up with picture time with the puppies!
🐾 Event Details 🐾
Donation to Join: $25 per person
Weather: This will be an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather. The class will take place rain or shine. In case of rain, we will move into the arena at the training facility.
Age Guidelines: Open to participants 16+. Children ages 10-15 are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Dress Code: To keep our puppies healthy, please wear clean clothes. Shoes will need to be removed before entering the puppy area, and hand sanitizer will be provided. You’re welcome to bring grippy socks for Pilates.
Mats: Bringing your own mat, towel, or blanket is encouraged. We will have some extra mats available to borrow.

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and set up.
