Pup-Pilates with Social Tees Animal Rescue

Timing:

• 12 - 12:15: Arrival
• 12:15 - 1pm: Pilates
• 1pm - 2pm: Meet & Greet with adoptable dogs!

Tickets: $65pp

What’s Included:

• 45 minute Pilates class** with Master Trainer Chelsea De Lay and JDL Fitness followed by meet & greet with adoptable dogs from Social Tees Animal Rescue!
• Mimosas courtesy of Nomo Soho
• Stakt mats, equipment, and water provided
• Class is for all levels, no prior experience needed
• 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to Social Tees Animal Rescue (50c1-3)

** Dogs will be off leash through the duration of the class.
