Featuring record sleeves, posters, badges, ephemera, fanzines and clothing, SO THIS IS REAL LIFE , currently on show at John Hansard Gallery until 9 May, looks at the impact of the punk and post-punk period of the 70s and 80s, and its present-day reverberations.
As part of the evening, renowned author and curator Michael Bracewell will be reading from his new novella, The Smiths.
