Punggol Waterway Park

Meeting Place/Time: Meet at the exit of Punggol MRT and the Waterway Mall at 8.30am. Group will commence walk at 8.45am.
Highlights:
Punggol Waterway Park is a 12.25 hectares riverine park opened in 2011. The waterway is Singapore’s longest man-made waterway that runs through the park. The park provides residents opportunities for activities such as jogging and cycling along the promenade at both sides of the waterway. There are 4 theme areas, namely, Nature Cove, Recreation Zone, and Green Gallery, each offers special features of the park. Group will cover Kelong Bridge and understand many plants, shrubs and trees along the waterway, before proceeding to Waterway Point.
Fee: members free ; non-members $5
What to bring/wear: Rain coat, insect repellent, drink and snacks. Wear light and use covered walking shoes.
