Pick your perfect pumpkin from the pile, then flow with us as we weave it into a fun yoga practice. Each pumpkin becomes your yoga partner as you lift, twist and balance through the poses.
The best part? That pumpkin is yours to take home at the end, whether it decorates your porch, becomes a pie of just reminds you of a joyful practice.
