Pumpkin Soirée
Kalamazoo in Bloom’s signature annual fundraiser, the Pumpkin Soirée, returns to the Delta Hotels Kalamazoo Conference Center on Wednesday, November 4.
This tasting competition features local chefs who prepare an exceptional menu containing pumpkin. Participants include the Fetzer Center, Firekeepers Casino Hotel, Kalamazoo Public Schools, and more! Guests sample and vote on their favorites. Tickets are $85 per person and include a door prize slip and a platter to carry food samples. Hot coffee, tea, and water are included. Live jazz music from the Grant Rupp Trio! A cash bar and ample free parking are available.
On October 18, our online auction begins. Place your bids between October 18 and November 1. A link to the online auction will be added later.
Proceeds of the Pumpkin Soirée support Kalamazoo in Bloom’s annual work to beautify and maintain floral displays in places like downtown Kalamazoo’s Bronson Park and Portage’s Library Lane.
