Working with rich chocolate cake and chocolate ganache buttercream you will pipe filling, palette knife the top, add chocolate soil (this is soooo yummy and actually very clever!). You will model a selection of pumpkins & gourds, add colour, glaze - make a plaque & an embossed board.
