This is a fun and educational pumpkin throwing event using the French invention the trebuchet.
Join us as a spectator OR join in the fun by constructing your own trebuchet and participating in this years event.
Willoughby Parks and Recreation supplies the "pumpkins," and the park to launch them in, you supply the trebuchet!
Science students and teachers, companies, clubs and individuals are all encouraged to build your own trebuchet and compete! Each team will get enough pumpkins for a minimum of three launch attempts.
