Hi there!

I'm Cole, a Master Certified Personal Trainer originally from the USA. I've dedicated my life to sports and fitness, starting with wrestling and baseball at the age of six.​

My mission is to make strength training approachable and accessible for everyone. By bringing personalized training to the beautiful beaches of Málaga, I've created a space where you can get stronger, healthier, and less stressed – all while enjoying the outdoors.

Here at Dragonfly wellness our main goal is to provide instruction and coaching for beginners of all ages on how to lift weights, build strength, and workout properly.

We provide small guided group classes to allow for personal assistance during your sessions. We're aiming for a supportive learning environment with a happy medium between the cost of a personal trainer and a stuffy "gym-bro" gym.

We specialize in helping beginners, both men and woman, especially those 40 years and up. Our Master ISSA trainer has over 30 years in sports and fitness experience and is certified in ante/post natal fitness and exercise, glute development, and more.
