From the producers of Brunch and Beats, we are back with a NEW curated event where sound, flavor, and dance come together. Join us at Weaver House for a high energy dance party featuring regional DJ sets with a chef-curated dinner option available, crafted in-house by the Weaver House kitchen team. Come experience an evening that flows from table to dance floor.Here's the deal, 1 ticket is for the dinner and 1 ticket is for the music portion. You can buy both or choose one experience for the evening.
FOOD (5-7pm): Curated pre-fix dinner created and cooked by the WeaverHouse chef and kitchen - *Limited to 40 tickets*
Welcome Bite:
- Salmon Crudo | white soy, yuzu, chilli oil, thai basil oil, micro cilantro
Main:
- Char Sui Chesire Pork Tenderloin | kimchee fried rice, pan seared bok choy in smoked oyster sauce.
- (Vegan option: sub the pork for fried Enoki mushrooms and nuoc cham bok choy)
MUSIC (7-10pm): Featuring premiere DJs and producers powered by Hi-Vi Sound
