Michele Malewicz was recently diagnosed with an aggresive form of brain cancer. She has a tough battle ahead of her. But she does tough things everyday in the gym along side her KCF Family. And she has an entire community pulling for her along with her friends and family.This event is a fundraiser to help offset any financial burden she may experience as a result of this battle.
Please join us to show her what it means to be a member of this amazing CrossFit community and let's make this a huge success!
This is event is OPEN to the public and will include a workout if you choose come in to get sweaty. Michele loves to deadlift so this is what we will be doing:
AMRAP 15
Row 400m/500m
21 x Bodyweight Deadlift
12 x Bar Over Burpees
We will be running heats every half hour and giving participants the chance to warm up prior to the heat beginning.
COST: $25 (or more if you want) 100% donation
