America is soon turning 250, and, as always on July 4, Eggplant Bear will be hosting a small dinner party to celebrate what's good and yummy about the US of A. Yes, there are many elephants in the room, but this is not about politics, it's about pulled pork - which certainly is one of the nicest treats Americans have ever come up with. So here's the deal:
- Slowly briased, juicy AF pulled pork with home-made smoky barbecue sauce and coleslaw in a pillowy, buttery sourdough brioche bun - $5
- Coconut cream pie, one of our signature desserts boasting an extra flaky puff pastry crust and an unctuous custard made from fresh coconut milk - $3
- Cambodia beer cans ($1.25), French Cabernet, Chardonnay and Brut by the glass ($3.50) and our delicious mango and vodka extravaganza ($3.50)
