Do you have the best BBQ Pork recipe? Wanna show off your skills?
Then join us at Anglesea Aleworks for a Fund Raiser hosted by the Cape Island Masonic Lodge.
We’re looking for 10 cooks to compete for a
First place prize of $200
Second Place prize of $100
COOKS, Pick up your 2 Boston Butts (6 lb plus) at Anglesea Aleworks by January 9th.
The registration fee to compete is $30,
(Non-Refundable) which goes towards the prize money.
On the day of the competition, bring a chaffing dish with sterno or a crock pot to keep the pork hot for the contest.
We’re looking for 60 (or more) Judges !!
So, you don’t want to compete, but you really love pork?
No problem, be a judge!!! Show up on January 11 with an empty belly and taste all the chefs’ pork!
For your donation of $20 to the Cape Island Masonic Lodge, you’ll get a 3oz sample of each competitor’s entry and you’ll vote for your favorite!
When: Saturday Jan 11th at 3pm. Judging begins at 4pm.
Where: Hosted by the Cape Island Masonic Lodge at Anglesea Aleworks, 3401 New Jersey Ave Wildwood NJ Unit 107.
Chef Registration Fee: $30.00
Judging fee $20.00
By participating in the Cape Island Masonic Lodge / Anglesea
Aleworks BBQ Pork Cook Off, each entrant and judge agrees to release and hold Anglesea Aleworks and The Cape Island Mason Lodge harmless from any and all losses, damages rights, claims and action of any kind in connection with the contest.
