Pull Up: Hyas (FR)

On October 2nd, we welcome French producer / DJ Hyas for his debut Ottawa set at City At Night. Embracing the dark energy of Dubstep and UK Garage, and the frenetic vibes of Footwork, Hyas has carved a sound that is truly unique to him. With releases on notable labels such as ec2a & 99cts, Hyas’ catalogue is unbound by strict genres, and continues to show why he’s one of France’s brightest producers. His DJ sets are no different, as he effortlessly blends his various influences in a captivating and coherent way. Make no mistake, Hyas’ debut Ottawa set is not to be missed.

Joining him on the line up is Montreal standout DJ and Musik Me Luv founding member, Melek, who will be playing a first time back to back set with So Durand. Additionally, Ottawa’s DJ / producer Shuv will be making his long awaited solo Pull Up debut, and returning DJs Spencer Cuddington and George Gezell will kick off the night with a smooth back to back set.
